Our Open Banking module for ITSI provides complete performance and availability monitoring for your APIs

Our Open Banking module for ITSI is an easy to deploy module that utilises data available in most organisations. If you are an existing Splunk customer it’s likely that you already have this data source indexed.

Our experienced Splunk developers have delivered a solution that can be deployed in a short space of time. A simple, short consultancy engagement will provide you with complete coverage of the Open Banking APIs – monitoring response times, business (4XX) and technical (5XX) errors along with counting successful calls to your APIs. The list of metrics can easily be expanded to include, for example, 95th percentile response times. For some customers we also provide a split of the data, showing volumes per Third Party Provider (TPP) – allowing you to see who is calling your APIs and causing all those 4XX errors.

KPIs track the key metrics for each endpoint

Using the built in features of Splunk IT Service Intelligence, thresholds can be set against each KPI to build out monitoring of your SLAs. Combined with the Glass table (dashboard) and Service Analyser features, this allows for a high level view to be presented, with the ability to pinpoint errors to the failing component.

“Deep Dives” provide a further level of analysis – providing the ability to view the various KPIs on a timeline – helping users to pinpoint root cause and understand how the various signals relate to each other. The Deep Dive view visualises the health score of the Service or KPI on a configurable timeline – showing what has been impacted when. As well as the deep dive views provided in the module – users can drag and drop KPIs onto the deep dive view in order to view KPIs from across services and build custom views to help investigate specific issues.
